at our events, we would be unable to present quality entertainment to the

We are now preparing our schedule of events and sponsorship packages for the 2009 season. This year we will be offering two choices for our sponsors--a charitable donation or an advertising donation.
· The first package is similar to other years:

Sponsors names will be listed in all the programs and PowerPoint presentations. They will also receive early notification of ticket sales and two invitations to the annual dinner.
· The second is an EVENT SPONSOR. Many businesses prefer this type of sponsorship because it is part of the advertising budget. We have expenses from $2,000.00 to $15,000.00 depending on the event. If you choose to be the sole sponsor, ALL the advertising for the event will be done in your name. This includes whatever form of advertising is used, such as radio, cable, newspapers, placemats, posters and programs. If you choose to sponsor part of an event, you will share advertising space with the other sponsors.
